Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Act as first responder to emergencies; initiate immediate stabilization, BLS/ACLS protocols, and escalate to specialists.
• Patient Assessment: Evaluate new admissions, record medical history, conduct examinations, and prepare initial treatment plans.
• Ward Management: Conduct routine rounds, monitor vital signs, track recovery progress, and promptly adjust care plans based on consultant instructions.
• Consultant Coordination: Act as the vital link between nursing staff, patients, families, and visiting specialist consultants.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date Electronic Medical Records (EMR), write comprehensive progress notes, and draft discharge summaries.
