Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement effective training content.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers to enhance their delivery skills.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with training software and technologies, such as LMS platforms.
