About Us

We are building an American food QSR brand from scratch in Bangalore. Our founders have restaurant experience from the United States, international food industry connections, and a clear plan to scale from 1 outlet to 50+ across India. We are backed by a strong founding team with deep expertise in food, operations, finance, and brand building.

We are hiring our first kitchen team member. This is not a job at an existing restaurant this is a chance to be part of the founding team that builds a food brand from Day 1. If we succeed, you grow with us from Founding Chef to Head Chef to multi-unit kitchen leader.

The Role


You will work directly with the founders to develop, test, and lock our entire menu. You will build the Recipe Bible a document with every recipe measured in grams, every temperature in Celsius, every time in seconds. Once recipes are locked, you will set up and run our Central Kitchen, train kitchen staff, and build the cooking processes that every future outlet will follow.

This role is for someone who wants to build systems, not just cook. We need someone who thinks: How do I make this exact same dish 500 times a day across 10 outlets, with the same taste every single time?


What You Will Do

  • Develop and refine recipes with exact gram-level measurements, working with our international CPO (remote) and CEO (taste approval)
  • Create the Recipe Bible the master document for every recipe, sauce, marinade, and cooking process
  • Build and manage Central Kitchen operations: marination schedules, sauce batch production, portioning, quality control
  • Design cooking processes that can be automated and replicated across multiple outlets
  • Train kitchen staff on recipes, techniques, and quality standards
  • Create video SOPs for every kitchen process
  • Manage raw material quality checks, inventory, batch logs, and food safety compliance
  • Develop sauce and marinade recipes this is the heart of our menu and our biggest competitive advantage

Who You Are

Must Have:

  • 13 years of experience in a commercial kitchen (hotel, restaurant, cloud kitchen, QSR, catering any format)
  • Comfortable measuring everything in grams and following exact recipes (no andaaz cooking)
  • Interest in sauces, marinades, and flavour building if you get excited about perfecting a sauce recipe, this is your role
  • Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
  • Willingness to work in Bangalore
  • Fluent in Hindi and/or Kannada (must communicate with kitchen staff)
  • Startup mindset you want to build something, not just clock in and out

Strongly Preferred:

  • Hotel management degree or diploma
  • Experience with American / Western cuisine
  • Experience with frying techniques (deep frying, double frying)
  • Experience training other cooks
  • Exposure to kitchen automation, process systematisation, or SOP creation
  • Experience in a QSR or cloud kitchen environment

30,000 40,000/month (based on experience)

Recipe Bonus


50,000 one-time bonus on successful completion of the Recipe Bible

Growth Bonuses


Cash bonuses at each outlet launch (25,000 75,000 per outlet, increasing with scale)

Salary Growth


Structured salary reviews at outlet milestones. Target: 60,00070,000 by Outlet 4

You are joining a founding team. When we scale to 50+ outlets, this role scales with it.


Why This Role Is Different

At a hotel or chain restaurant, you follow someone else's recipes. Here, you help CREATE the recipes. You build the systems. Your work becomes the standard that 50+ outlets follow. When we open Outlet 10 or Outlet 50, the food will taste the way it does because of what you built in the first 6 months.


We are not looking for the most experienced chef. We are looking for the most hungry one. If you are someone who goes home and watches cooking videos for fun, who experiments with sauces on weekends, who thinks about how to make food better and faster we want to talk to you.
