Were Hiring: IT Support / Helpdesk Technician

Looking to start your career in IT? We are hiring enthusiastic freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience for an IT Support / Helpdesk role.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
System Administration Support
Troubleshooting System & Hardware Issues
Printer Installation and Issue Handling
System Configuration & Setup Support
Basic IT Operations Knowledge
End-user technical support and issue resolution

Eligibility:
Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk
B.Tech preferred (B.Sc candidates may be considered if suitable candidates are unavailable)
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
Work location: Hyderabad candidates only
