Eligibility:
Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk
B.Tech preferred (B.Sc candidates may be considered if suitable candidates are unavailable)
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
Work location: Hyderabad candidates only
