Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct product/solution presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales B2C
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
