 Customer Care Representative

Job Description

      • Call Handling: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with overseas customers in a professional, empathetic manner.
      • Query Resolution: Diagnose customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide step-by-step solutions or detailed product information.
      • Data Documentation: Accurately log call details, customer interactions, and required follow-up actions into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
    • Target Achievement: Meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management, such as Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
    • Escalations: Identify complex issues that cannot be resolved at the first point of contact and escalate them to the appropriate senior or technical department.
    • Adherence: Strictly follow established communication procedures, compliance rules, and quality guidelines. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
      Key Skills Required
      • Communication: Exceptional verbal English skillsand sometimes proficiency in other languageswith a strong ability to adapt to global accents.
      • Problem Solving: Quick thinking to defuse stressful situations, manage difficult customers, and provide effective solutions.
      • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in night or rotational shifts to match the time zones of the target international market. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
