Location: Pune
Experience: 4 to 10 Years
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BBM (Commerce Background Only)
Certifications: CA / CPA / Inter (Preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Accountant (R2R) with strong expertise in Cost Accounting and Lease Accounting, along with proven experience in General Ledger (GL) operations and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes
• Perform inventory reconciliations and lease accounting activities
• Lead and manage a team, ensuring high performance and productivity
• Drive process improvements, simplification, and transformation initiatives
• Ensure accuracy and quality in financial reporting and deliverables
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and implement performance improvement plans
• Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and version control
• Deploy and monitor process controls, QA frameworks, and risk mitigation
• Stakeholder management and reporting

Key Requirements

• 46 years of F&A experience with minimum 2+ years in GL accounting
• Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting & Lease Accounting
• Proven team handling and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Experience in process transformation and automation initiatives
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
