Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers via email/chat regarding inquiries, orders, billing, or service issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to process improvements.
- Meet performance metrics: response time, resolution time, CSAT, and quality scores.
- Understand company products/services to guide customers effectively.
- Graduate/HSC with relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good typing speed (3040 WPM for chat support roles)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM platforms
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
