Job Description
What you'll build:- Provide end-to-end support for SAP solutions used by enterprise customers in the Finance GRC domain.
- Handle incident resolution and development support tickets with ownership and accountability.
- Gain deep product and domain knowledge to offer reliable and fast issue resolution.
- Deliver high-quality corrections and support packages that meet SAP standards.
- Participate in upgrade and maintenance projects to adapt solutions to newer SAP releases.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product management teams to ensure stable and secure delivery.
- Analyze and debug errors, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve system stability , performance, and support processes.
- Engage in cross-functional coordination for seamless delivery of support solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in Python and / or SAP ABAP. Person with either of these skills can apply, but should be willing to learn both skills as work will involve both skills.
- Understanding of SAP business processes .
- Clear and structured communication skills to interact with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to prioritize and manage incidents in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to learn continuously , adapt to new technologies, and grow within the role.
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with a minimum of 65% aggregate.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Python or SAP ABAP development or support.
- Prior hands-on experience in SAP development/support tools is an advantage.
- Exposure to incident handling or customer support processes is desirable.
- A strong foundation in enterprise-level product support and customer success.
