Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Executive to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and service requests for a luxury hotel in Dubai. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
• Assist guests with room reservations, inquiries, and service requests
• Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest requirements
• Maintain call records and ensure timely follow-ups
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently and courteously

Requirements:

• Prior experience in call center or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Good computer and system handling skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
