Role & responsibilities
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities such as documentation, background verification, joining formalities and stakeholder coordination for smooth employee integration.
Assist in recruitment operations including interview scheduling, candidate communication, maintaining recruitment trackers, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS databases while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and process compliance.
Support performance management processes through coordination of review cycles, followups, documentation, tracker management, and reporting support.
Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives by supporting HR events, communication activities, employee surveys, wellness initiatives, and culture-building programs.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Post Graduate with prior relevant HR internship experience in a diverse and multicultural work environment
Strong interpersonal, communications (written & verbal) and problem solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of the team
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT
