Job Summary

The Sr Developer will design implement and optimize advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions using generative models and cloud based tooling in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on building robust scalable systems on a major public cloud platform while ensuring high quality ethical and secure outcomes that create measurable value for clients and society.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable generative artificial intelligence applications that address complex business challenges and deliver measurable value to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines that handle data ingestion preprocessing model training evaluation and deployment with high reliability and traceability.
  • Apply advanced artificial intelligence techniques to transform unstructured data such as text images or audio into actionable insights that enhance customer and employee experiences.
  • Build and maintain robust cloud native components for model training and inference using managed services for compute storage security and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with data engineers product teams and domain experts to translate requirements into feasible technical solutions that balance accuracy performance and cost.
  • Integrate trained models into production systems through application interfaces event driven workflows and automated deployment processes to ensure stable operations.
  • Conduct systematic experimentation including hyperparameter tuning feature engineering and evaluation to improve model accuracy resilience and fairness over time.
  • Create automated testing strategies for data validation model performance regression checks and failure recovery to ensure dependable artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Document solution designs model behavior and operational runbooks in a clear maintainable manner to support long term sustainability and efficient onboarding of new team members.
  • Apply secure coding practices and responsible artificial intelligence guidelines to minimize risks related to privacy bias explainability and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze production metrics logs and feedback to identify performance bottlenecks incidents or drift and implement corrective actions that maintain service quality.
  • Mentor junior developers on machine learning best practices coding standards and problem solving approaches to elevate the overall capability of the team.
  • Engage with stakeholders to showcase proofs of concept explain model outcomes in accessible language and incorporate feedback into iterative solution enhancements.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive hands on experience in designing training and deploying machine learning models including regression classification clustering and deep learning techniques.
  • Demonstrate strong practical knowledge of generative artificial intelligence frameworks and tools such as transformer architectures large language models and diffusion style approaches adapted to enterprise use cases.
  • Exhibit proficiency in a major cloud platform for machine learning including managed training services feature stores orchestration tools and monitoring solutions.
  • Show advanced capability in at least one programming language commonly used for machine learning along with experience in modular design testing and performance tuning.
  • Apply sound understanding of data structures algorithms statistics and optimization methods to design efficient and reliable learning systems.
  • Leverage experience with containerization orchestration and continuous integration practices to support repeatable and auditable machine learning deployments.
  • Display familiarity with principles of responsible artificial intelligence including fairness transparency robustness and privacy preserving methods such as encryption and anonymization.
  • Utilize strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment across distributed teams and diverse functional groups.


    • Certifications Required

    Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty and a recognized artificial intelligence or data science certification from an industry body or university.
