Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in Team handling
- Experience leading customer service teams in a manufacturing or B2B industrial environment
- Exposure to managed services, BPO, or outsourced delivery models
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
- Experience with EDI OR Connexium OR OCR automation, or freight management platforms
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of TMEs and SMEs, ensuring consistent delivery of service commitments
- Oversee daily workload distribution, queue management, and priority-setting across the team
- Serve as the first-level escalation for complex customer issues, exception approvals, and cross-functional disputes
- Conduct regular 1:1s, team huddles, and performance reviews; provide coaching and actionable feedback
- Monitor and report on team KPIs order accuracy, acknowledgment turnaround, exception resolution, customer escalations
Preferred candidate profile
Full ownership of team output, quality, SLA compliance, and people development
Sales leadership, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Credit Control, Logistics,
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team in a high-volume, accuracy-critical environment
- Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) and order-to-cash processes
