Job Description

We are currently having openings in our Voice Process (Hindi + English) 100% Work From Home.

With fixed salary & 6 month Contractual.

  • Designation-
  • Customer Support Associate
  • Have to resolute customers query Voice Call
  • Job Profile-
  • Contractual till 31st oct.
  • Mandatory Criteria-
  • Education Min Higher secondary
  • Experience min 1 year BPO(With docs), Freshers are also welcome
  • Work Timing 24*7 rotational
  • 5 days of working in a week with 2 rotational week-off
  • Maximum Age Limit - 40
  • Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
  • Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month
  • Interview Structure-
  • HR round Yes (over video call and Aadhar is mandatory for WFH)
  • Typing Test Min 25WPM/90% accuracy
  • Client Round Yes( Over G meet, Selfie with Aadhar is mandate)
  • Payouts
  • For Experience (WFH) 1,90,000, Monthly In hand 14.1k approx. (Min 12 months of exp on paper).
  • For Fresher (WFH) 1,68,000, Monthly In hand 12.5k approx.
  • System specification -
  • Windows version- Win 10 or 11
  • RAM- 10gb or above
  • The processor must be core i5 & above
  • GEN 7 & above Proper Internet connection( min 20mbps)
  • Power Backup
  • Noice Cancelation Headset (USB)
  • Documents Required -
  • Aadhar Card (Complete Date of Birth) Mandatory
  • E_ Aadhar_Mandatory
  • Documents Required
  • Pan Card - Mandatory
  • Education Marks sheets 10th , 12th (Mandatory)
  • Experience Letter, Offer Letter, Pay slips (last 3 months) Applicable for Experience Candidates.
