Job Description: -

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain processes spreading across the industry leading tool platform of SFMC

Understanding of the Digital Marketing processes including Cross Channel Marketing - Campaign Orchestration, Real-time Interaction, 1-to-1 User Journeys, Next Best Offers etc.

Experience in analysing business requirements and map them to technical flows.

Understanding of CAN-SPAM, Email regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements like Sender's Configuration

Experience of Integrating with CRM platform (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud /MS Dynamics etc.) to push/pull data

Experience of integrating with web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Various Report configuration and creation.

Technical Expertise/ Skills & Experience:

Create and maintain Marketing Automations, end to end Customer Journeys and Campaign Building using Automation Builder/Journey Builder/Message Centre for channels like email, direct mail, SMS, mobile push, call centre, web etc.

Understanding of the Marketing Cloud modules Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Web Studio etc

Understanding of HTML & Scripting language AMP Script & SSJS

Strong in SQL query

Understanding of new modules like Personalization (IS), Data Cloud, Einstein, AI Intelligence tool - Datorama.

Perform administrator functions such as setup of Business Unit, Users, Profile and Role Management and other account configurations.

Develop and maintain responsive Layout Templates, personalized Emails templates and Triggered Emails using Media Queries

Data Model setup using List, Groups and Data Extensions

Opt In/Opt Out Management using Public Lists and Publication Lists

Excellent communication skills

Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behaviour

Integration: API, Sales and Service Cloud or any other external sources

Configure Emails, SMS, Push, Line, WhatsApp messages for cross channel journeys

Mandatory:

Certification in SFMC- Email Specialist & Developer
