 Customer Success Coordinator

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned homeowner accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowner queries, concerns and requests.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues while delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address operational, service and property-related concerns.
  • Build strong homeowner relationships to drive engagement and long-term retention.
  • Proactively monitor account health and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups and resolutions in CRM systems.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing account management activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to minimize churn and improve retention metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates related to homeowner feedback and account performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Customer Service or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, customer support or hospitality operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced 6-day work environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
