Welding fixture Concept design, 3D Finish and creating of manufacturing drawings

Job Description:

Overall experience should be 5 to 7 years

MIG exhaust welding fixture / Assembly Fixture Concept design, 3D Finish and creating of manufacturing drawings

Design of Racks, Trolleys, Carts, etc.

Quality check for 3D Models & 2D Manufacturing drawings

Gun accessibility study for Manual welding

BOM Creation

Purchase part selection & back up calculations for the same

Modification in Existing tooling designs.

Engineering change feasibility study

Good communication skills

Software: SolidWorks

Working in Shifts as per the project requirement - First 6.00 am - 3.30 pm; Second 12.00 pm - 10.00 pm; Third 3.10 pm - 12.40 am; General 8.30 am - 6.00 pm;
