Artificial Intelligence Developer @ Tenarai Technologies

Job Description

We are hiring Senior AI Agentic Developers to join our Bangalore team, working on a high-impact engagement with a global technology client. You will work under the direction of our USA-based Agentic Lead, building and deploying intelligent agent workflows that automate complex engineering and program coordination processes at scale.

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Electronics City, Bangalore location 5 days a week. You will be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team working on some of the most technically advanced AI automation challenges in the industry.

What We're Looking For

• 38 years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI/LLM-based systems
• Hands-on experience building agentic systems tool use, multi-step reasoning, memory, orchestration
• Proficiency with Claude (Anthropic API) or other LLM frameworks
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar agentic frameworks
• Strong Python skills; comfort with APIs, automation, and workflow scripting
• Ability to work independently in an async, distributed team model
• Good written and verbal communication in English regular
