Job Description: GN Health I&E - Senior Manager Job Title: GN Health I&E - Senior Manager Management Level: 06 - Senior Manager Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram / Hyderabad / Mumbai Must have skills:
  • Deep healthcare industry expertise with strong experience in at least one of the following domains: payer administrative operations, payer medical management, provider business operations, or public health / government health programs
  • Strong understanding of payer, provider, or public health operating models, including care management, utilization management, claims and benefits administration, value-based care, provider network strategy, member / patient experience, revenue cycle, population health, and public health program design.
  • Experience leading high-impact strategy and consulting engagements with CXO-level stakeholders, including enterprise strategy, transformation strategy, operating model design, growth strategy, cost optimization, and value creation initiatives.
  • Proven experience developing business cases, value cases, business and financial models, investment cases, operating models, and transformation roadmaps to support executive decision-making.
  • Experience conducting market assessments, opportunity sizing, competitive benchmarking, healthcare ecosystem analysis, growth strategy, and go-to-market strategy for health clients.
  • Strong ability to identify business problems, define strategic options, quantify value levers, and translate recommendations into actionable implementation roadmaps.
  • Experience supporting business development, sales pursuits, proposal development, client presentations, RFP responses, solution shaping, and account growth initiatives.
  • Ability to work with senior client executives and internal leadership teams to originate, shape, sell, and deliver consulting opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Good to have skills:
  • Experience in business development and demand generation - including sales pursuits, proposal development, RFP responses, client propositions, market-facing points of view, campaign themes, whitepapers, thought leadership, and industry perspectives.
  • Exposure to digital health, AI, automation, data-driven healthcare transformation, interoperability, health platforms, care model innovation, and analytics-led transformation.
  • Experience working across global healthcare markets such as the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
  • Prior consulting experience with leading strategy, management consulting, health advisory, or technology consulting firms.
  • Experience in public sector health, government health programs, population health, payer provider collaboration, or health policy transformation is preferred. Summary:
    The Health Industry team at Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Manager ?? Health to lead and grow strategic consulting engagements across payer, provider, or public health clients. The role involves advising senior executives and CXO stakeholders on enterprise transformation, growth strategy, market expansion, operating model design, business case development, value creation, and go-to-market strategy. The candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact health consulting programs, developing executive-ready recommendations, building business and value cases, supporting sales and business development, and contributing to demand generation and practice growth. Roles & Responsibilities: Health Strategy and CXO Advisory
  • Lead strategic consulting engagements for payer, provider, or public health clients.
  • Advise CXO and senior executive stakeholders on business strategy, operating model transformation, growth, cost optimization, and value creation.
  • Define strategic options, assess business implications, and develop executive-level recommendations.
  • Translate complex healthcare challenges into clear strategies, business priorities, and transformation roadmaps. Payer, Provider, or Public Health Transformation
  • Lead consulting engagements with deep expertise in at least one domain - payer administrative operations, payer medical management, provider operations, or public health programs.
  • Support clients across relevant domain areas such as care management, utilization management, claims operations, provider network strategy, member / patient experience, revenue cycle, population health, or value-based care.
  • Identify operational, financial, clinical, and experience-related improvement opportunities.
  • Develop future-state operating models, transformation roadmaps, and value realization plans aligned to client priorities. Sales Enablement and Business Development
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams to develop proposals and support client engagements.
  • Participate in opportunity identification and shaping during client conversations and RFPs.
  • Contribute to sales pipeline growth through industry insights, solution shaping, and strategic client conversations. Thought Leadership and Practice Building
  • Contribute to knowledge creation through whitepapers, thought leadership, Point of Views, Proposal, and internal assets and accelerators.
  • Mentor team members across problem-solving, executive communication, and delivery excellence in the practice.
