Job Title: Assistant Admin Manager

Location: Pune

Experience Required: 3- 8 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate


Job Summary:-

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Admin Manager to support and manage day-to-day administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for office administration, vendor coordination, documentation management, MIS reporting, and ensuring smooth admin processes within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage overall office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other admin-related services.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports and administrative records.
  • Handle documentation, filing systems, and record management efficiently.
  • Support admin operations including facility management, housekeeping, travel arrangements, and office maintenance.
  • Monitor office assets and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Assist in implementing administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
