As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues.Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within identity and access management systems.
  • Strong understanding of system integration and workflow automation within enterprise environments.
  • Ability to analyze logs, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions efficiently.
  • Familiarity with scripting and configuration management to support system customization and enhancements.
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
