Job Summary

As a Associate/ Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure seamless. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a day shift schedule.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of Core Java components to ensure robust and efficient system performance
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to enhance project outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Monitor and optimize application performance to meet business requirements
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and improve team productivity
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing system enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to the company's purpose by delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and impact society positively
