As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that the delivered products meet client needs and enhance service quality. Embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology, the workday is dynamic and focused on continuous improvement and innovation to address complex business challenges.Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the development process.Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.

Experience with front-end technologies such as ASP.Net MVC, SOAP, Rest API, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Strong understanding of backend development, including database management and API integration.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.

Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification 15 years full time education
