This position demands continuous collaboration and adaptation to evolving project needs, fostering innovation and quality in every stage of the software development lifecycle.Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and coding standards.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in MongoDB.Good To Have Skills:

Experience with MySQL.

Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling techniques.

Experience in optimizing database queries and ensuring data integrity.

Familiarity with integrating databases into software applications using various programming languages.

Ability to work with large datasets and implement efficient data storage solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in MongoDB.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
