Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads for domestic sales.
• Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through effective communication skills.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
• Strong knowledge of domestic sales processes and procedures.
• Excellent telecalling skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
