As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications developed are both functional and efficient, while continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential throughout the development lifecycle.Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.

Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Continuously monitor and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).Good To Have Skills:

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration methods and tools to connect various business applications.

Experience in customizing software solutions to meet diverse business requirements.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification 15 years full time education
