Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage domestic and international air tickets for clients using Amadeus system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Process ticket cancellations, refunds, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates in the system.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in corporate travel industry or related field.
• Proficiency in Amadeus system for both domestic and international ticketing.
• Strong knowledge of airfare rules, regulations, and policies.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers.
