Job Description
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in OPD, IPD, emergency, and ICU departments.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with clinical guidelines and hospital protocols.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including emergency cases requiring immediate intervention.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated care.
- Perform emergency procedures and assist in critical care management in the ICU and ER.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Participate in on-call duties and emergency response as required.
- Stay current with medical advancements, clinical research, and best practices through continuous professional development.
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution with valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Minimum 23 years of post-qualification clinical experience in hospital settings, with proven experience in OPD, IPD, emergency, and ICU care.
- Strong clinical acumen in managing acute medical emergencies, critical care, and chronic disease management.
- Proficiency in medical documentation, patient communication, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, make quick decisions, and maintain composure in high-stress environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Valid and active medical license with no disciplinary actions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as per hospital requirements.
