Experience Required

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Project Coordination / PMO / Associate Project Management roles
  • Mandatory experience working with Zoho Applications in a project or product management environment

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in managing projects through Zoho Applications (Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, or related tools)
  • Experience in product/project management and workflow management within the Zoho ecosystem
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in preparing MIS reports, trackers, and project dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
