Job Description

 

• Manage end-to-end customer accounts, including order processing and follow-ups
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure timely execution of orders
• Use SAP for order entry, tracking, invoicing, and reporting
• Prepare production plans and align them with client requirements
• Maintain and analyze data using Excel (reports, forecasts, order tracking)
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding order status and updates
• Resolve any order or delivery-related issues efficiently
• Support sales team with data insights and reporting
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
