Job Description

Dear Candidates,

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor /Shift Manager to oversee daily operations of club.

Immediate joiner preferred

Salary:40,000 - 50,000 Requirements: * Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, gaming or club management * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and customer handling abilities * Ability to manage shifts and resolve issues efficiently * Knowledge of poker operations is preferred * Smart, presentable, and professional attitude * Flexible to work in rotational shifts Responsibilities: * Supervise day-to-day floor operations * Manage dealers and support staff * Ensure smooth game flow and customer satisfaction * Handle guest concerns professionally * Maintain discipline and operational standards * Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management
