Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of mobile applications using React Native.
- Collaborate with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain high-quality code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Proficient in React Native and its core principles.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with mobile application development for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries and APIs.
- Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Passion for learning new technologies and keeping up with industry trends.
