Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Handle airline operational coordination.
• Manage booking data, passenger information, and flight operations updates
• Coordinate with internal teams and international stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy in data processing and documentation
• Maintain professional communication
• Support day-to-day airline processes and service delivery
• Adhere to airline compliance and quality standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers welcome; candidates with up to 6 months of experience (UG/voice) preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable with rotational shifts / night shifts
• Basic understanding of airline/travel operations is an added advantage
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to work from office and utilize company cab/shuttle (both sides)
