* Conduct Mystery Audits to evaluate service quality and hotel operations
* Perform Revenue Leakage Audits to identify discrepancies in bookings and inventory
* Carry out Guest Experience (GX) Audits to assess the end-to-end customer journey
* Maintain audit reports, documentation, and tracking dashboards
* Share actionable insights and collaborate with internal teams for improvements

* Must have a bike (mandatory for field role)
