Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Work on full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are maintained.
• Implement unit testing and support automation testing efforts.
• Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java / Python / C++ / JavaScript, etc.).
• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience working in product-based or enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor junior developers.
• Exposure to scalable system design and distributed systems
