Designation: Relationship Manager / Agency Manager || Life Insurance || Agency Channel

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Life Insurance Agency Channel

CTC: 3 - 5 LPA + Incentives (Depending upon experience and designation)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Agency Channel business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/advisors
• Drive business generation through field activities and agent engagement
• Support agent activation, productivity, and retention
• Achieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory
• Conduct regular market visits and business meetings
• Provide guidance and support to agents for business growth

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Comfortable with field sales role
• Target-oriented and energetic personality
• Experience in agent handling and business development preferred
