Job Description

Job Title- BPO Hiring Recruiter.

Location- Gurgaon, Pune


Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven BPO Hiring Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced professionals across various departments. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring mid-level to senior talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business hiring needs.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience hiring lateral candidates in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for lateral positions.
  • Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job roles, competencies, and candidate profiles.

2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify potential candidates and competitor talent.

3. Candidate Screening & Evaluation

  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
  • Assess candidates' experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand evolving hiring needs.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with panel members.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and recruitment metrics.

5. Offer Management

  • Facilitate salary discussions and offer negotiations.
  • Coordinate with HR operations for offer rollouts and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth candidate onboarding experience.

6. Recruitment Analytics

  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
  • Maintain recruitment data in the ATS or HR system.

7. Employer Branding

  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure positive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-5years of experience in BPO hiring.
  • Experience recruiting mid-level to senior professionals.
