Position: Customer Support Associate (Travel Process)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates or undergraduates from any stream
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international or domestic process
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Prior experience in BPO/customer service is a plus
• Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational schedules
