Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HVAC professional with strong BIM capabilities to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed HVAC designs and layouts using Revit MEP (mandatory) & AutoCAD
Prepare and coordinate HVAC drawings, schematics, and 3D models as per project standards
Perform heat load calculations and duct sizing
Collaborate with architectural, structural, plumbing, fire, and electrical teams for coordinated delivery

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Revit MEP & AutoCAD (mandatory)
Knowledge of Navisworks is an added advantage
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, air distribution, and ventilation principles
Familiarity with international HVAC codes and standards
Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills

Preferred Background:

Experience

in BIM projects
Understanding of BIM workflows and interdisciplinary coordination

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical
