Project Manager (PM) Core Objective: To lead the project execution, ensuring the external vendor delivers within the agreed triple constraints (scope, time, and budget) while maintaining governance standards. Project Governance: Establish and lead the Project Steering Committee (PSC) and Project Working Group (PWG); manage the Project Management Life Cycle (PPLC) documentation. Vendor & Contract Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the CBS vendor; manage the Statement of Work (SOW) and ensure all vendor deliverables meet contractual obligations. Planning & Execution: Develop and track the integrated project master schedule (incorporating vendor timelines); manage resource capacity and budget utilization. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project-level risks; develop mitigation strategies and manage the escalation of critical blockers to senior management. Change Control: Manage the Change Request (CR) process, assessing impacts on cost and timeline before tabling requests to the Change Approval Board (CAB). Quality Assurance: Monitor project performance against KPIs; ensure all deliverables are validated and stored in the central repository for audit purposes.
