Job Description

An Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive manages a company's end-to-end billing and revenue collection processes. They safeguard cash flow by generating accurate invoices, tracking incoming payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and proactively following up with clients on overdue accounts

 

• Billing & Invoicing: Create, verify, and dispatch accurate invoices and debit notes to clients, ensuring adherence to pricing terms and contracts .
• Collections & Follow-ups: Proactively track customer payment schedules, send payment reminders, and communicate with clients to secure timely payments.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform regular ledger reconciliations, match payments to specific invoices, and investigate or resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Reporting & Aging Analysis: Monitor AR aging reports, identify delinquent accounts, and report on cash inflows to management.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Assist with internal and statutory audits by providing accurate financial documentation and verifying ledger closures.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support teams to resolve billing disputes and align financial operations with business goals.
