Job Description

    Job Title: Analyst (International Voice Process)

    Location: Hinjewadi

    Shift Timings: Rotational Night Shifts | 2-Rotational Week Offs

    Requirements:
    - Excellent communication skills in English.
    - Previous experience in a customer service and sales role, preferably in a chat or online environment.
    - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
    - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
    - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Education:

    - Bachelor's degree after 2022 passout
    - HSC + 2 and 3 years diploma after 2022 passout
    - SSC + 3 years diploma after 2022 passout

    We cant hire candidates who has completed graduation in B.Pharmacy and B.tech
