Job Description
Position : Senior GEN AI Engineer
Location: Pune
Experience: 5+ Years
Joiners: Immediate Joiners
Are you passionate about building cutting-edge Generative AI systems?
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to design and scale RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and drive LLM evaluation frameworks.
What Youll Do
Build end-to-end RAG pipelines (ingestion embedding retrieval)
Develop hybrid retrieval systems (semantic + keyword search)
Implement evaluation frameworks (Ragas) and quality benchmarks
Build Grafana dashboards for RAG performance monitoring
Ensure production-grade code with testing + CI/CD integration
What Were Looking For
Strong experience in Python, FastAPI, Celery/Async processing
Hands-on with vector DBs (Qdrant preferred)
Experience in AI/ML or Data Engineering (2+ years)
Familiarity with RAG / LLM evaluation frameworks (Ragas, BEIR)
Strong in testing, scalability, and system design
