Job Description

Job:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSO Banking professional to support a large-scale banking transformation initiative.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work on ServiceNow FSO Banking implementations, enhancements, and support activities
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows aligned with banking operations
  • Support integration, process optimization, and platform improvements within banking & financial environments
  • Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSO Banking
  • Experience working with the Financial Services Data Model
  • Exposure to one or more banking operational modules such as:
    • Deposit Operations
    • Card Operations
    • Payment Operations
    • Disputes Management
    • Loan Operations
    • Customer Onboarding
  • Prior experience working with a ServiceNow Elite or Premier Partner is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills

Certifications Required / Preferred

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • CSM Pro (Customer Service Management Professional)
  • FSO Banking Accreditation will be strongly preferred

Additional Details

  • Start Date: End of June / Early July
  • Duration: Estimated 6 Months
  • Work mode: Remote
  • Work Hours: 2 pm to 11 pm IST
  • Hours /week: 32-40 hrs per week
  • Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram or Bangalore

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in enterprise-scale banking or financial services implementations
  • Ability to work in fast-paced consulting/client environments
  • Strong problem-solving and delivery mindset
