Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead / Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on architecture and solution design expertise to lead the development and deployment of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. This is a senior-level technical leadership role focused on designing scalable AI platforms, guiding MLOps practices, and delivering production-grade AI/ML systems aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning frameworks, cloud-native AI architectures, data engineering, model lifecycle management, and large-scale AI deployment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions including:
Data ingestion
Data transformation
Feature engineering
Model training
Deployment
Monitoring
Retraining workflows
* Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise AI/ML architectures using modern cloud and data platforms * Evaluate and recommend appropriate:
Machine Learning algorithms
AI frameworks
Cloud platforms
MLOps tools
Data processing technologies
* Build and optimize AI/ML solutions leveraging platforms such as:
Azure AI / Azure ML
Snowflake
Cloud-native AI ecosystems
Modern analytics platforms
* Drive MLOps best practices including:
Model versioning
CI/CD automation
Model deployment pipelines
Monitoring and observability
Automated retraining
Governance and compliance
* Guide engineering teams on scalable AI development, operationalization, and production deployment strategies * Ensure AI/ML solutions meet business, scalability, security, reliability, and performance requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including:
Data Engineering
Data Science
Cloud Engineering
Product Management
Business stakeholders
* Contribute to enterprise AI strategy, data governance, and AI adoption roadmaps * Drive architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and engineering best practices across AI initiatives * Optimize model performance, scalability, inference efficiency, and operational reliability * Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, Generative AI, cloud AI services, and enterprise AI engineering practices Required Skills &
Experience:
* 10-14 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields * Strong hands-on architecture and technical solution design experience
* Deep expertise in:
Machine Learning
AI frameworks
Model deployment
Cloud-native AI architectures
Enterprise AI operationalization
* Strong programming skills in Python and modern AI/ML libraries/frameworks
* Experience with cloud AI and analytics platforms such as:
Azure AI / Azure ML
Snowflake
Databricks
Cloud-native AI services
* Experience designing and implementing scalable MLOps pipelines and AI lifecycle management frameworks
* Strong understanding of:
Data pipelines
Distributed data processing
Model monitoring
Performance tuning
AI governance
* Experience deploying and managing large-scale AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments * Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills * Experience working in Agile and cross-functional engineering environments
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field * Experience with enterprise AI modernization and cloud transformation initiatives * Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and modern AI orchestration frameworks * Exposure to distributed computing, scalable AI infrastructure, and cloud-native deployment models * Experience with performance optimization, model scalability, and production AI governance * Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and AI compliance best practices
