Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Hiring & IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both corporate/non-technical roles and IT/technical positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience handling multiple requirements across different domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Corporate and IT positions.
- Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
- Ensure timely closures within defined TAT and hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of both IT and Corporate hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good knowledge of technical terminologies and IT skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in staffing/recruitment consultancy or corporate hiring environment preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is an added advantage.
