Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Python developers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software applications using Django framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Ensure high-quality code reviews, debugging, and testing processes are followed by the team members.
• Develop technical roadmaps for projects and provide guidance on architecture design decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in Python development with expertise in Django framework.
• Strong understanding of Python programming language fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience as a Python developer lead or similar role where you have managed multiple projects simultaneously.
