About role: We are seeking a highly motivated and fast-executing Customer Acquisition Executive to drive on-ground outreach and acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates high ownership over key operational metrics.
Key Responsibilities On-Ground Execution: Demonstrate a willingness to work on-ground and execute high-speed acquisition activities in target locations. Stakeholder Coordination: Efficiently coordinate with colleges, corporates, markets, and other external locations to secure necessary permissions and approvals for acquisition drives and events. Communication & Reporting: Maintain good spoken English and language skills for professional interactions. Utilize good WhatsApp and email communication skills for quick updates and documentation. Operational Excellence: Exhibit high speed and strong ownership of acquisition targets, ensuring timely and effective campaign rollout and performance. Team Collaboration: Work directly with a centralized team, maintaining constant availability and providing support, including during weekends, as required by operational demands. Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve logistical or communication barriers encountered during on-ground activation. Required Skills & Attributes Proven ability to be a fast executor with a strong focus on immediate results. Excellent spoken English and language skills are mandatory. Proficiency in professional WhatsApp and email communication. Demonstrated strong ownership and accountability for assigned tasks. Ability to be always available and willing to support during the weekends. Experience in coordinating logistics and obtaining external permissions is highly desirable.

Any Graduate
Should have a strong understanding of the local language.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
