Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, App Engine, Workspace, and Integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and enhancing ServiceNow applications, creating scalable solutions, and delivering enterprise-grade implementations on the ServiceNow platform.

The candidate should possess strong scripting and integration capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate solutions effectively to stakeholders and customers.

What Will Your Role Look Like:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications across ITSM, CSM, and App Engine modules.
  • Design and develop scalable solutions using ServiceNow Workspace and App Engine Studio.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Develop custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and catalog items.
  • Work on Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and automation capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, technical discussions, and solution design workshops.
  • Provide demos and walkthroughs of developed solutions to stakeholders and clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and integration challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, QA teams, and support teams.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance.
  • Prepare technical documentation, knowledge articles, and deployment documents.
  • Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and release management activities.

We Would Like You To Bring Along:

  • 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, Workspace, and App Engine.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong scripting knowledge including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
  • Experience in developing solutions using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Hands-on experience in creating demos and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
