Job Description
Associate - Database Research - Marketing:The Database Research Associate will play a critical role insupporting marketing and sales campaigns by building and maintaining customizeddatabases, primarily focused on contact-level information and decision-makers.The ideal candidate will be proficient in web research, data mining, and datacleansing, ensuring high-quality and accurate data for organizational use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive research activities, including listresearch, list building, and data mining.
- Gather contact information (e.g., job title, email address)for targeted individuals within specific organizations.
- Utilize various search engines and tools, such as LinkedIn, Google, and online databases, to extract relevant data.
- Perform data formatting, standardization, deduplication, andcase conversions to maintain a clean and organized database.
- Ensure assigned productivity and quality targets areconsistently met or exceeded.
- Stay updated on the best practices and innovative methodsfor web-based research.
- Collaborate with the team, maintaining a positive attitudeand strong work ethic.
- Strong web research skills, with a deep understanding ofkeyword usage and online research tools.
- Ability to find innovative and efficient ways to sourcedata.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to workefficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using computers and the internet.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and web research tools
- Prior experience in web research is essential.
